Bailey's Furniture  Warehouse – Repair Renovation

As design-build prime contractor, we provided design, engineering and construction services for mechanical, plumbing and fire protection code compliance repair and upgrade of existing 10,000 square foot warehouse. Project included removing existing HVAC system and installing packaged AHUs. Project also included installing fire suppression, fire alarm system, plumbing and ADA compliant bathrooms.

Bailey’s Furniture Store – Renovation/Conversion

Converted 42,000 square foot existing warehouse into furniture showroom and executive offices. Designed and installed new fire sprinkler and alarm system. Provided new partitions and finishes, installed new ceiling grid and tiles. Provided design, engineering and construction for new HVAC, plumbing and electrical system.

Early Precious Gifts Academy

Design Build scope included site and civil work, underground electrical, underground water, grading, slab on grade, framing, roofing, window and door installation, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, painting, carpentry, HVAC, countertops, flooring, paving, landscaping, signage, interior design and state-of-the-art CCTV and security system. MDJ provided project management and superintendency on this project. MDJ self-performed concrete, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work and all work was completed on-time. Owner was satisfied with work and has sought MDJ for additional projects. 

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory HVAC Renovation

This project replaced air handling units currently in the tenant space. Work included removal of the AHU and demolition of ductwork. New AHUs were installed to include new direct digital control system, new chilled water piping and steam piping. New ductwork was installed as needed.

Brick House Lounge - Renovation

Responsible for design, engineering and construction services for code compliance upgrade of existing tenant space. Project included installing 70Tons of HVAC, demo and install of existing sewer lines, demo and install of interior concrete for new grease trap, installation of new grease trap and installation of new electrical panels. Project included demo of existing fire suppression system and design/install of new fire suppression and alarm system. Project also included complete demolition of existing space. Project included installation of new metal framing, drywall and custom paint finishes, countertops, plumbing, trim, woodwork and acoustical ceiling grid system. Project included installing wood and tile flooring. Project also included installing of POS systems and custom audio sound system with CCTV. Project included renovation of bathrooms to meet ADA requirements.
